  We called Presidential Taxi & Limo last Saturday night when my elderly mother's flight was cancelled and we had already returned to the  South Shore.  PT&L was nothing short of amazing.  Zach answered the phone and promised to send a driver to find and pick up my mother right away from the airport.  Arafat was the driver and was excellent -- professional and extremely kind to mom.  I can't say enough good things about this taxi service that bailed us out at a very difficult moment.  Mom was safely back with us about 8:30 pm, saving her a two hour wait for us at the airport (and an additional four hour round trip drive for us).  THANK YOU!!
